Volunteers needed for 4th Grade Texas Native American LASSO on Friday, November 21st from 8:15-12:00! LASSO (Linking Adults and Students in Self-Discovery Opportunities) is an annual half-day event for each grade level. Guided by volunteers, students rotate through activity stations for an exciting morning of hands-on learning. Detailed instructions are provided. Please make childcare arrangements for younger siblings. No costumes, please. Volunteers and students may wear a JWE school shirt or school colors to represent the Williams Wrangler tribe. 

Learning Stations Include: Storyteller, Pottery, Arrowhead Necklaces, Maize, Buffalo Hunt, Sand Art, Native Games, Leather Braiding
