What is the JWE PTA?

Our mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

HOW do we facilitate our mission?

The JWE PTA provides many programs that enrich and support our children's education. Math, reading, writing, science, social studies, art, music, and physical education are among the curriculum areas that are supported through programs such as Eureka Science, LASSO, Reflections, Reading Support Volunteers Program (RSVP), and much more.

Our programs are made possible through the generosity of our members, PTA Patrons, and fundraising events. Opportunities to invest in our children exist through supporting our various fundraisers throughout the year,  including our spring community event, Hoedown; participating in Retail Rebate programs; participating in Spirit Nights; purchasing Wrangler Gear; and/or becoming a PTA Patron.

WHAT can you do to help facilitate our vision: Every Child's Potential is a Reality?

Many opportunities are available for you to make your child's educational experience dynamic and enriching. Whether you give 5 hours or 50 hours, your participation is important in keeping our tradition of making Williams Elementary a great place for children to learn and grow. We have opportunities for you to serve in a leadership role or in a supporting role. You can choose activities that allow you to work from home or at school.  Look over the volunteer opportunities available on our website  to determine what best fits your personal talents and availability.
